Sheri and I first heard the First John Philip Sousa Memorial Band perform at the Sheldon Theatre in Red Wing, Minnesota in September, 1997. They continue to entertain us on a regular basis and there's rarely a month that goes by without our attending one of their concerts

In more recent years we've developed a friendship with their conductor, Scott Crosbie, and his wife, Winnie, and several members of the band. I now record many of their concerts, especially the "Winter Series" (actually from September to May) at Edinborough Park in Edina.
